About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Dealer Services Agent with a strong background in F&I and dealership operations to join our growing team. This remote, field-based position covers the Florida territory, with a preference for candidates based near Tampa for travel efficiency.

You’ll partner with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury dealerships to sell top-tier F&I products and drive consistent, high-volume closings. This is a role for elite automotive pros who thrive in high-energy, performance-driven environments—and want unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Sell Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to dealerships across Florida, with a focus on the Tampa metro area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GMs, F&I directors, dealer principals, and key decision-makers.
• Close 10–12 deals per week using consultative sales techniques and menu selling.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and account growth.
• Operate independently, without micromanagement, while driving real results in the field.

Requirements

 What You Bring

• 5+ years in F&I, dealership operations, or automotive sales (franchise or independent experience preferred).
• Proven success with high-volume deal closings and strong PVR performance.
• In-depth knowledge of F&I product sales, dealer finance structures, and lender relations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, proactive, and highly accountable.
• Resilient, competitive, and comfortable in a high-stakes, performance-based role.
• Ability to travel overnight and work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Career Path

This is a W-2 employee role (not 1099), with full benefits and long-term career opportunities.

• $5,000/month base for the first 90 days (ramp-up period)
• 100% commission thereafter
• Top agents earn $100K–$150K+ annually
