About the Role:
This is a remote, home-office-based position. However, you must reside within the assigned metro area to support local travel to sites.
We are seeking a high-performing Dealer Services Agent with a strong background in F&I and automotive dealership operations to join our elite team. This is a remote, territory-based role where you will build relationships with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury auto dealerships, sell F&I products, and drive high-volume deal closings.

Key Responsibilities:
Sell Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to franchise, independent, and highline/luxury auto dealerships in the Dallas, TX area.
Develop and maintain relationships with general managers, finance directors, dealer principals, and decision-makers.
Close 10-12 deals per week using consultative sales, menu selling, and deal structuring skills.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while growing your dealership network.
Operate independently without micromanagement, driving consistent market penetration and revenue growth.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in F&I, dealership operations, or automotive sales (franchise or independent dealer experience preferred).
Proven success in high-volume deal closings and strong per-unit profitability (PVR).
Deep knowledge of F&I product sales, dealer finance, and lender relations.
Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to self-manage, prospect, and expand dealership accounts.
Highly competitive, results-driven, and comfortable handling rejection in a high-stakes sales environment.
Ability to work remotely and operate independently.
Compensation & Career Growth: This is a performance-based sales role with a base guarantee during your initial ramp-up period and uncapped commissions thereafter.
$5,000/month base for your first 90 days
After ramp-up: 100% commission-based compensation
