Job Description - Dealer Support Lead

Description

Graceland Portable Buildings is seeking a strong leader and communicator to fill a Divisional Dealer Support Lead position. The primary responsibilities for this position include delivering excellent and always professional service to Graceland Dealers and Regional Sales Managers by providing timely and accurate support. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of providing Internal Sales Support for a specific Division. They will communicate regularly with the Support Team, Dealers, and Divisional Team to support all aspects of the Sale process. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Provide excellent and always professional service to Graceland Dealers, Regional Sales Managers, and all internal and external contacts. 
  • Provide excellent communication and follow-up. 
  • Quickly identify issues and active in problem solving. 
  • Responsible for Sales process creation, evaluation, optimization, and implementation. 
  • Oversees dealer support for a specific Division, including phone, email, chat, meetings, training, and technical support. 

Qualifications: 

  • Availability to work an average minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Excellent Computer Skills 
  • Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving and teaching 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
  • A team player with a high level of dedication 
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills 
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment 
  • Understands sales principles and customer service practices 
  • Occasional travel required 
  • Management or Leadership experience a plus
