Dealer Support Underwriting Specialist

Graceland Management Services, LLC in Cunningham, KY is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to act as our newest Dealer Support Underwriting Specialist. The primary responsibilities of the Dealer Support Underwriting Specialist include reviewing and proof-reading orders to ensure that data was correctly entered by our outside Dealers and Sales Reps, some Accounts Receivable duties for incoming payments, working quickly and accurately to keep orders moving, and other duties as assigned by the Manager.

• HS Diploma/GED 
• Data entry experience preferred 
• Good computer skills 
• Great attention to detail 
• Ability to meet deadlines 
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills 
• Proven history of reliability 
• A team player with a high level of dedication 
• Task oriented 
• Professional email etiquette 
• Professional phone etiquette 
• Availability to work an average minimum of 40 hours per week 

Additional Duties may Include:

Supporting dealers and RSMs through phone, email and chat 

Processing change order requests 

Review of department reports  

Review of department emails and documents submitted for approval
