Doug Smith Dealerships is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our multi‑store operations in Lindon, UT. If you have accounts payable experience—especially in a dealership setting—and strong attendance, we’d love to connect with you!

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions across multiple dealerships.


• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper payment authorization.


• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors


• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable


• Maintain organized financial documentation and support the finance team as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles


• Proficiency with dealership accounting software systems and Microsoft Applications


• Strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail and consistent accuracy


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A team player with a willingness to adapt to new processes
