Overview: Join our growing dealership's Sales team as an enthusiastic Business Development Center Representative (BDC)! We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong knack for marketing and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, verify, and distribute information from both inbound and outbound calls, focusing on inquiries related to new and pre-owned vehicles, and internet leads.


• Provide general information to potential and existing customers.


• Log customer details and comments in our system.


• Schedule appointments and follow up with "no show" customers to ensure engagement.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.


• Greet and assist walk-in customers, treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.


• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.


• Maintain ongoing contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services.


• Ensure that potential customers are aware of any promotions.


• Assist with various other tasks as needed at the dealership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.


• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably VINSOULTIONS.


• Professional and personable demeanor with a passion for exceptional customer service.
