Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily vehicle sales operations by structuring deals, approving pricing and incentives, coordinating with finance and sales teams, and ensuring each transaction meets dealership, lender, and compliance standards


• Support sales staff in closing deals, manage inventory flow, and help maximize profitability while maintaining a positive customer experience


• Work with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets


• Guide and mentor sales representatives through the sales process, assisting in closing deals as needed


• Foster customer loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional experiences


• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction


• Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations


• Consistently display professionalism when interacting with staff and customers

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a dealership desk manager or similar automotive management role


• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and train others


• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns


• Goal-oriented with excellent closing abilities


• Energetic, enthusiastic, and excellent at communication and interpersonal relations


• Ability to contribute to a culture of change, innovation, and teamwork


• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday, one weekday off (flexible scheduling)


• Closed on Sundays
