Dealership Finance Secretary-Stonebriar

Stonebriar Chevrolet is looking to add a new position to our team.  This is a Finance Secretary position.  This is a great opportunity for someone who has dealership experience in the Finance office functions and wants to work with a growing team.  This will be a role for the person who is a self-starter and has the ability to go from one duty to the next seamlessly.  Previous dealership Finance office experience is a plus but is not required for the right candidate.

Duties Include the following (but may include other responsibilities):

• Month end closing


• Ensuring Car Deal Paperwork is in order and ready for accounting


• Working directly with Finance Director to ensure each month is finished on time


• Working directly with Finance Managers to ensure their deals are clean and done


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Dealership experience is preferred


• Must be able to pass a background check which includes a drug screen


• Must be able to work within a team environment and help teammates as necessary


• Must be at least 18 years of age
