Dealership General Manager

Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage all aspects of dealership operations including sales, service, finance, and parts departments. 


• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.


• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.


• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of dealership team members.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies.


• Monitor financial performance and take corrective action as needed to improve results.


• Promote a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar


• Sales leadership role within an automotive dealership.


• Strong knowledge of dealership operations, automotive sales processes, and finance with a strong used car background. 


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable plans.


• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence. 


• Familiarity with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands is a plus.
