Job Description - Dealership Internet Sales Manager



We have an opening for an enthusiastic dealership BDC representative to join our growing internet sales team. Duke is family owned and operated since 1969, and we look for people with great attitudes that want to continue your career in retail automotive without the stress of big corporate dealerships. We have a fantastic 5 day work week and never any Sundays! Please read further to find out more about being part of our team. 


If you are a successful BDC representative you know we are looking for great people skills along with excellent phone and email skills. Top candidates will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service, and team work. You will be responsible for incoming requests made via telephone, or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.

BDC Representative Responsibilities:



  • Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries. 

  • Logging customer details and comments into our CRM system.

  • Scheduling appointments and following up with customers.

  • Maintaining through and up to date knowledge of our software to help you.

  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

  • Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.

  • Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.

  • Assisting with various tasks at the dealership. 


BDC Representative Requirements:



  • Prefer at least 2 years of dealership BDC experience or proven experience in sales.

  • Vin Solutions CRM experience preferred

  • Equity Mining Skills are a plus

  • Good written, verbal and phone communication skills.

  • Digital & graphic marketing skills are a bonus and can talk more! 

  • Highly organized with an ability to learn quickly.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet.

  • Professional and personable demeanor - have a positive attitude daily!
