Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Vehicle Inventory Management: Keep new, pre-owned, and service lots organized, neat, and aligned with dealership display standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Vehicle Preparation: Inspect vehicle appearance, run vehicles through wash lanes, replenish fluids/fuel as needed, and ensure stock tags and buyer guides are placed correctly.

  
  


• 
  

  Service Lane Support: Drive vehicles to and from service bays, staging areas, and parking zones safely and efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Facility Upkeep: Keep driveways, walkways, and showroom floors clean and free of debris.

  
  


• 
  

  Logistics & Runs: Transport vehicles between storage lots, local dealer trades, or auction sites when requested.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a safe, clean driving record (Required).

  
  


• 
  

  Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable.

  
  


• 
  

  Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.

  Team Mindset: Ability to communicate clearly with service advisors, sales staff, and management.

  Transmission Skills: Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus (or willing to learn)!

  
  

Work Environment & Screening Requirements

  Position involves standing, walking, and moving throughout the lot for extended periods.
