Dealership Office Assitant

Graff Chevrolet in Bay City is searching for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various administrative tasks (filing, copying, data entry)


• Data entry, Accounts Recievable and Accounts Payable


• Maintain a clean and organized office environment


• Cashiering/Receipt in payments


• Balancing the cash register at the end of each day


• Ordering supplies


• Other miscellaneous office duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• Have basic math skills, to add and subtract, count change back.


• Have basic accounting skills to understand credits and debits.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn


• Ability to pass a drug test for insurance purposes
