Dealership Parts Department Administrator

Sanderson Ford in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Parts Department Administrator to support the management team of one of the largest parts operations in the region. With a department of more than 120 people, this role keeps administrative functions running accurately and on schedule, covering recordkeeping, reporting, internal documentation, and day-to-day support for department leadership.

What You'll Do

• Support the parts department management team with daily administrative tasks and internal communication


• Process purchase orders and parts invoices accurately and in a timely manner


• Maintain department records, files, and documentation in the dealership management system


• Assist with inventory documentation and support cycle count processes


• Prepare reports and track data to support management decision-making


• Handle scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative needs for department leadership

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in an automotive parts department required


• Experience with Ford DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) preferred but not required


• Basic accounting skills preferred


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, including usage of formulas and file formatting


• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy in recordkeeping


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required


• High school diploma or equivalent required
