Dealership Premises Operations Attendant

Friendly Chevrolet is seeking two dependable, detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Dealership Premises Operations Attendant. This is a jack-of-all-trades position ideal for individuals who take pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently across a high-volume dealership. 

Position Overview

This role goes beyond vehicle movement. We are seeking professional attendants capable of managing a large lot with hundreds of vehicles, including customer vehicles in service and new/pre-owned inventory for sale. You'll play a key role in maintaining order, safety, and support across the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

The specific areas of responsibility for this position are:

• Assisting with New, Used, and Customer parking


• Assisting EV Park attendants with charging


• Driving EV Rescue Truck if needed to charge stranded customers.


• Driving Loaners to customers to pick up their vehicle and bring back to the dealership.


• Auditing Employee on-premises parking rules and reporting of violations.


• Assisting Loan Car Dept with Loaner Vehicle management.

Specific Skills needed:

• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.


• Strong communications skills, reliability, and problem-solving mindset.


• Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to move vehicles with care and accuracy


• Work outdoors in all-weather conditions when needed


• Maintain a professional appearance with a positive demeanor and attitude.


• Be in good physical condition


• Ability to be on-time daily for your job.


• Bi-lingual English/Spanish Speaking a PLUS!

• Previous experience managing dealership lots with high vehicle volume is preferred.
