We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Receptionist/Concierge to be the welcoming face of our dealership. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable dealership experience while supporting our sales and service teams.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Guest Experience

• Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.


• Ensure all guests feel valued, comfortable, and cared for during their visit.


• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.


• Assist with customer questions and provide general dealership information.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and showroom area.

Phone & Communication Support

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.


• Respond to customer inquiries and relay messages accurately.


• Assist with appointment confirmations and customer follow-up communications.


• Support dealership communication efforts to ensure excellent customer service.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.


• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.


• Process incoming mail and deliveries.


• Provide administrative support to management and dealership staff.


• Assist with dealership events, promotions, and customer appreciation initiatives.

Sales & Service Support

• Help check in customers for service appointments when needed.


• Coordinate customer assistance and waiting area hospitality.


• Support customer satisfaction and retention efforts.


• Assist with lead management and customer follow-up activities.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, concierge, or receptionist roles preferred.


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Schedule
