Dealership Service Valet Clear Lake Infiniti

Dealer Integrated Services is seeking a professional and friendly crew driver to join our team! Our growing company offers excellent customer service to numerous dealerships in the Houston area. We are seeking a Dealership Service Valet to assist in maintaining one of our dealership locations in the Clear Lake area. If you love meeting new people, being around cars, and enjoying the outdoors, then this job may be a great fit for you.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet all vehicle passengers who arrive at the front drive by opening all occupied vehicle doors and offering them a warm and sincere welcome.
• Open and close all vehicle doors for guests and visitors arriving and departing the location.
• Efficiently and safely park all vehicles in designated areas, ensuring each car has been locked while in our possession and keys have been secured in the valet booth.
• Monitor and maintain the appearance and overall cleanliness of the front drive and parking areas.
• Always speak professionally and graciously, smile, and maintain eye contact.
• Safely run or jog to and from parking areas when retrieving and parking vehicles.
• Manage the valet podium, manage keys, hand out claim tickets, organize vehicle parking, direct traffic when necessary, etc.
• Work well within a team in order to serve the customer in a timely manner.
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Requirements:

• Previous valet or dealership experience is preferred.
• Must be 19 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to operate a manual or standard transmission is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
