Dealership Staff Accountant

Position Description:

PleasureLand RV Center is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to assist our team. The ideal candidate understands accounting principles, is highly organized, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and has great attention to detail with unwavering accuracy. Some of the essential job duties include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Ensure accurate and timely standards are carried out by posting and auditing deals daily to ensure all required paperwork, contracts, and titles are accurate.
• Completing a daily till reconciliation for the parts department.
• Entering deposits into accounting system and preparing bank deposits.
• Assisting accounts payable with processing and reconciliation of invoices.

What You’ll Need

• High School Degree or GED required
• A minimum of two years of experience with accounting, accounts payable, taxes, data entry or other related experience required.

• Experience with Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS)
• Dealership experience (RV or Auto)
