Father Ryan High School, a Catholic, coeducational high school in Nashville, TN, seeks a Dean of Faculty to lead the professional growth and supervision of its educators.   

The Dean of Faculty will oversee teacher formation, evaluation, and professional development to ensure excellence in Catholic education. This role fosters a collaborative mission-driven faculty culture, supporting instructional effectiveness and student success.

• Supervise and support faculty in their professional growth.  
• Implement teacher evaluation and development programs. 
• Promote instructional best practices and Catholic mission alignment.  
• Collaborate with other academic administrators on faculty hiring, mentoring, and retention.
