Dean of Leadership

Responsible for all aspects of Pillar One - Postsecondary Leadership, inclusive of developing and managing the leadership student culture, behavior, and discipline codes of conduct; 

Establish and maintain relationships with students and families to support the school’s academic and leadership expectations;

Keep records of reports, incidents, and communications with students, families, community partners and administration;

Coordinate special student events and community service projects internally and externally; 

Coordinate non-academic meetings and ensure communications and confidentiality regarding student and family incidents; report to and be evaluated by the Head of School.

Work closely with the Head of School in organizing college and career visits

Student leadership coach and staff/student liaison, and the iLead Curriculum;

Serve as Coordinator of Leadership Center; be hired by, report to, and be evaluated by the Head of School.
