Nursing Program Director - Higher Education | Healthcare Leadership

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Program Director to lead our Workforce Development initiatives and shape the future of healthcare education. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our nursing programs while making a significant impact on healthcare education in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop comprehensive Workforce Development initiatives for nursing education programs
• Direct and mentor a team of 8-10 per diem nursing faculty members
• Oversee the establishment and management of VN/PN programs and Associate Degree in Nursing
• Drive strategic planning and operational excellence in workforce development
• Ensure compliance with educational and nursing regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain curriculum standards and program outcomes
• Manage administrative operations and budget oversight

Required Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; doctorate preferred
• Current state nursing license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in higher education
• Proven experience in nursing program development and management
• Strong track record of successful program leadership
• Excellence in administrative and organizational management
• Flexible schedule availability including occasional evenings and weekends
