Capital Management Services (CMS) is hiring Debt Collections Representatives in Buffalo. Start at $18 per hour and earn uncapped monthly commission based on performance. Whether you're an experienced collector or bringing customer service skills to a new role, you'll get two weeks of paid, hands-on training.

At CMS, our collections team is built for collectors, by collectors. You'll work with customers on behalf of multiple clients to find manageable ways to resolve past-due accounts.

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Handle inbound and outbound calls on third-party collection accounts.

  
  


• 
  

  Listen to customers, explain payment options, and help them set up manageable payment arrangements.

  Document account activity and payment commitments accurately.

  Meet performance and quality goals while following the FDCPA and applicable regulations.

Training & Schedule

  Start date - Monday, November 16, 2026

  Paid training - Two weeks, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

  After training - Full-time schedule with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts
