Job Description - Debt Collectors

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Debt Collectors to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for contacting clients to recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships and adhering to company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in a business-related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Experience in customer service, sales, credit control, or call center environments is an added advantage
