Deburr Tech

Okie Staffing is seeking is seeking detail-oriented candidates that have experience building components that support the aerospace industry. We’re looking for a Deburr Operator to support a growing manufacturing team. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy hands-on production in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Remove burrs and apply required surface finishes to sheet metal and machined parts
• Assemble aircraft components as required
• Read and interpret blueprints and finish callouts
• Use calipers and precision measuring equipment
• Install rivets and aircraft hardware
• Set up and operate micro-stop countersinks
• Layout parts and operate tools such as pneumatic hand routers and benchtop band saws
• Utilize basic shop tools including drill press, grinders, plasma cutter, fork truck, and welders

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Understanding of sheet metal assembly and surface finishes
• Knowledge of deburring practices and aircraft component assembly
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player mindset with a strong work ethic

• Experience in deburring or aircraft assembly
• A minimum of 1 year experience responsible deburring fabricated, machined and manufactured products made from various alloys.
• Technical school training (a plus)
• Use basic shop tools
• Read Blueprints
• Have a basic understanding of aircraft hardware installation
• Have an understanding of surface finishes
• Have an understanding of sheet metal assembly
• Deburr practices, aircraft component assembly, rivet installations
• Skills: Must be able to perform basic math,

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per day
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
