Dedicated Driver Recruiter

Description

• Drive dedicated recruiting processes by contacting potential candidates within specific hiring radius and requirements for each Dedicated Account. Proactively source all candidates through Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Leverage all communication channels to recruit qualified candidates for Dedicated positions. Track and prioritize openings, leads, and the processing pipeline to fulfill Maverick's commitments for dedicated accounts. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Dedicated accounts to effectively communicate details to the recruiting team and potential candidates.
• Attend required meetings with Dedicated Operations and provide updates for open positions & new account transitions.  Schedule and track results for pre-employment testing required for onboarding. 
• Communicate directly with Dedicated Account and Operation Managers for all Dedicated and Securement needs, including onsite interview requests. 
• Track turnover and/or growth for Dedicated Accounts and stay in communication with Dedicated Operations to proactively fill all positions. 
• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, adjust sales plan/daily duties, accordingly, based on Dedicated Account needs.
