Job Title: Deep Clean Supervisor

Location: Billings, MT

Position Overview: As a Deep Clean Supervisor at Lava Island, you'll ensure excellent cleanliness of our facility. By training, coaching, and mentoring our employees, you'll elevate our service standards to create memorable experiences for our Guests. Your responsibilities may extend to various functions, including cleaning, scheduling, staff development, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the deep clean team to consistently deliver an exceptionally clean facility


• Coach and develop deep clean team members


• Ensure the facility is cleaned to the highest standard


• Schedule and perform foam pit cleanings


• Create and publish deep clean team schedules


• Embody Lava Island’s Core Values


• Execute other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cleaning experience preferred.


• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills


• Collaborative team player with high energy and enthusiasm


• Self-awareness, adaptability, and integrity


• Flexibility to work nights and early mornings


• Physical ability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs for extended periods


• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
