About the Role

The 42dot Audio Generation Team is developing cutting-edge Text-to-Speech (US) technologies to enable more comfortable and trustworthy interactions between users and vehicles. Our goal is to produce highly natural-sounding speech across a wide range of global languages, with a special focus on North American English, Mexican Spanish, and Canadian French for in-vehicle AI agents.

We are looking for exceptional individuals to help us build the multilingual voice of future mobility.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building TTS systems optimized for North American languages including North American English, Mexican Spanish, and Canadian French.

• Collection, annotation, and refinement of speech datasets focused on North American language varieties and regional accents.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of industry experience or a master's degree (or expected graduation) in a TTS-related field

• Solid understanding of speech signal processing

• Strong foundation in deep learning techniques

• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency or working proficiency in any of the following is a strong plus: North American English, Mexican Spanish, Canadian French.

• Proven experience developing and deploying Us models in production-level services.

• Experience working on code-mixed or multilingual TTS systems.

Base Salary:

$120,000 to $300,000
