The Role

We're looking for a DeFi Founding Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining the production features of a rapidly growing DeFi trading platform. This position offers the opportunity to work across the full stack, from mobile applications to backend services, and to influence the technical direction of our product.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship high-impact features end-to-end across mobile and backend platforms, shaping the core user experience
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and growth teams to prototype, test, and launch new ideas quickly emphasizing a ship-fast, learn-fast approach
• Dive deep into user feedback and product analytics to inform decisions, prioritize enhancements, and continuously improve usability and performance
• Own full-stack features from Flutter frontends to Go backends, ensuring clean architecture and high performance across iOS and Android
• Uphold engineering best practices, write high-quality code with strong test coverage, and participate in code reviews to maintain velocity without sacrificing stability
• Partner with engineers, designers, and founders to make product decisions, set milestones, and shape the technical direction

What You Bring to the Table

• 2-4+ years in product engineering or design roles, preferably at high-growth mobile apps or in Web3/crypto environments
• Deep knowledge of design systems and consumer behavior, with a focus on creating intuitive user experiences
• Ability to design and develop end-to-end features that are robust, scalable, and cost-effective
• Strong interest or experience in crypto/blockchain, with enthusiasm for bringing on-chain products to a broader audienceost-effective
• Experience with Flutter (iOS + Android), Go, Postgres, Redis, and familiarity with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Docker, and Terraform
• Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies, especially Solana, or other platforms like Bitcoin and Ethereum
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and open to traveling to Miami as needed
