Deli Associate (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display deli meats, cheeses, and other food items.
• Slice, package, and serve products while adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and taking special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area, including equipment and work surfaces.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring fresh stock is available for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and maintain product quality.
• Follow all health and safety regulations when handling and preparing food items.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a deli or food service environment is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
