Job Purpose
Employee will set up, operate, and make minor adjustments as needed to the case packer, accumulator, and palletizer. Employee will be responsible for box inventory, requisitioning of supplies, housekeeping (5S) of the area and equipment asset care. Must be able to lift 25lbs and work with minimal supervision. Acquire certification in LOTO and Case Packer Operation. Must be able to effectively trouble shoot equipment problems and drive resolution on basic operation level issues.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment Additionally, this role requires A minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime as needed. Must have the flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts. Monday through (Work is indoors, Primary production floor is wet, Secondary locations are occasionally wet, seasonal climate). Must wear following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): (bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant safety shoes, ear plugs). First Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm
