About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Full-time Deli Manager at our Grand Central location. The perfect candidate will have at least 3-5 years Deli experience, 2-3 years of hands-on management experience, great people skills and the ability to inspire a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• An Associates of Art Degree in Business.
• One year experience in the product line, or 5 years' experience in the product line and have completed several college business courses or willing to take and complete business courses upon promotion

Competencies:

• Acute attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and customer database systems

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 10 lbs.
• Standing: Up to 2 hours per day
• Seating: Up to 8 hours per day.
• Walking: Up to 2 hours per day.
• Reaching: Up to 2 hours per day
• Please be aware that you may be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as mandated by Company Policy.

Travel Requirements:

• Independent and reliable local travel up to 5% of the time.

Pay rate: $24.25-26.25/hour
