Delivery Assistant

The Delivery Assistant is responsible for executing merchandising plans and work order instructions in assigned stores. Assists in all facets of maximizing A&B’s presentation and sales to consumers at retail. 

Responsibilities: 

• Projects a positive image to all retailers, coworkers, and consumers, which is consistent with company expectations
• Merchandise palletized delivery, stock coolers, rotate stock, maintain existing displays and assist in building new displays 
• Abides by all Company requirements and policies written in the Associate Handbook and adheres to all state and federal regulations and standards
• Maintain and account for all of A&B’s company equipment and follow and execute A&B’s standard delivery call 
• Reliable and feels the accountability of the work they perform as a vital contributor to the team
• Understands that a flexible work schedule may be required for this position
• Attends all required company meetings

Required: 

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver’s license 
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass). 
• 1+ year of customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience 

Preferred: 

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry 

Physical Requirements: Ability to routinely lift 25 – 75 lbs., climb, reach and perform various physical maneuvers to perform the essential functions of the job. 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must hold a current, valid Driver's License that meets the insurance carrier's requirements for an eligible, insured driver.
