Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays

Who We're Looking For:

• Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar majors
• Retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred
• A team player who is focused on providing top-notch customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:

• Meet with sales team & F&I Manager every morning to schedule deliveries
• Verify paperwork & scan to central billing office (CBO)
• Check for stipulations and pull documents that need to be signed by customer
• Be contact person for CBO questions and/or missing documents
• Follow up on daily deliveries to make sure they come up in the run
• After delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V-auto, recap, commissions, etc.
• Return deals to CBO
• Help resolve funding delays in timely manner

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $40,000 to $65,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
