Special Occasions is an event rental company that delivers the equipment that makes events happen — tents, tables, chairs, staging, flooring, dance floors, and more. We serve everything from small backyard gatherings to large weddings and corporate events across the region. The Role
Delivery Crew Members are the backbone of what we do. You are the hands on the ground — loading the trucks, making the drive, unloading the gear, and setting up the event. The work is physical, it is team-oriented, and at the end of every job you can look back at what you built and know it matters to somebody's big day.
This is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience in event rentals — just a strong work ethic, a reliable attitude, and the ability to keep up in a fast-moving crew environment. Pay: $17.00–$19.65/hr (DC1 entry) | Advancement to DC2 ($18.00–$20.80/hr) and DC3 ($19.00–$21.96/hr) based on performance Delivery Technicians are $23+
Schedule: Varies by event schedule — early mornings, evenings, and weekends are common; most shifts are Monday–Saturday
Type: Full-time; strong year-round base with peak volume in spring and summer
Reports to: Delivery Manager (day-to-day direction from your assigned Team Leader and Crew Manager)
