Responsibilities

1. Team Management

• Team mentoring


• Resource allocation – ensuring optimal distribution of regional resources


• Defining objectives, driving team adoption, and tracking progression/success


• Skills assessment and team training


• Communication across all levels


• Regular team meetings (project updates, organizational discussions, business updates)


• Project reporting and KPI tracking for executive management


• Providing input on growth and scaling plans aligned with company strategy

1. PS Sales

• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering teams to provide implementation plans & estimates (effort, cost, timeline)


• Engage PS solution architects & project managers to define/review solution descriptions, SOWs, and implementation plans


• Negotiate PS components of deals

1. Project Delivery

• Appoint project managers and monitor regional project execution


• Act as a project sponsor and escalation point


• Accountable for project delivery, success, and client satisfaction


• Responsible for PS revenue in the region

1. PS Transformation – Blueprint Implementation

• Contribute and provide input to the global PS transformation plan


• Execute the PS transformation plan in the region

Budget: $180,000 to $230,000
