A Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring that the packages are being delivered to the destination safely and timely. Delivery drivers must be able to communicate well with the delivery team for the most convenient routes and assigned schedule. 

Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs.
• Responsible for counting and recording quantities and styles of product delivered and picked up to ensure accurate paperwork for customer transactions.
• Must follow all traffic laws while operating the delivery van and other safety precautions.
• Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Safely lift, carry, and deliver packages up to 50 lbs.
• Must clean and provide daily upkeep of delivery vans.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm roughly. 

Please note that these hours are subject to change based on business needs. Flexibility in availability is essential, as adjustments may be required to meet operational demands.

Pay: $18 - $20 Per Hour

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail skills.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Excellent navigational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.

Travel & Work Conditions:

• Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to weather elements when outside or driving.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the previous 3 years.
• 1 year of delivery experience is preferred, but not required.
• Able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Work Authorization:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.
