Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador.
• Uphold 7th Avenue & Roosevelt's Values: Excellence, Accountability, Growth Mindset, Think Others First and Systemize Success.
• Follow all safe driving best practices.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns with urgency.
• Maintain operational excellence in delivery vehicles and assembly areas.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with shift leaders, catering team, team members & guests.
• Verify order accuracy before delivery.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record (past two years) and MVD report.
• One year driving experience.
• Greet every guest by making eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking clearly with a friendly tone and always saying “My Pleasure!” 
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• Flexible availability.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/carry items.
• Food Handler's Card.
