Job Description

Scheduled shift: 10 am - 7 pm, Monday - Saturday

• Efficiently and safely delivering packages to customers within designated routes.
• Following optimal delivery sequences and maintaining good time management.
• Scanning packages and verifying customer information upon delivery.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving minor delivery issues courteously.
• Safely operating and maintaining a company-provided commercial van.
• Loading and unloading packages with care and attention to detail.
• Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with customers regarding deliveries.
• Providing accurate information and resolving any concerns promptly.
• Upholding a positive brand image during customer interactions.
• Reporting major issues and following company procedures for resolving them

Job Qualifications

• High School diploma or trucking school diploma
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Ability to use GPS and follow directions to navigate through assigned routes efficiently.
• Ability to use and navigate a mobile driver app effectively for tracking deliveries, communicating with dispatch, and accessing delivery information.

• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safe unloading of packages of varying sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs).
• Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
• Passing pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Understanding of delivering excellent customer service through courteous communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan delivery routes efficiently, manage time effectively between stops, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in similar roles will be positively considered
