Delivery Driver - $22.50

First Team Logistics LLC is an authorized Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for reliable, safety-focused Delivery Associates to join our team.

As a Delivery Associate, you will deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial locations while providing excellent customer service. You will drive a modern delivery van, use advanced delivery technology, and work with a team committed to safety, reliability, and performance.

No delivery experience is required. We provide paid training to help you get started.

Job Details

• Position: Delivery Associate

• Pay: $22.50 per hour

• Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

• Work Location: In person

• Operating Days: 7 days a week

• Delivery Volume: 180-250 packages per day

• Average Stops: 140+ per day

This is a physically demanding position requiring you to work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions. Strong time management and attention to safety are essential.

Work Schedules

• Full-time: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts.

• Part-time: 2 days per week, 10-hour shifts.

• Flexible and fixed scheduling options available.

• Weekend availability may be required.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must consent to a pre-employment drug test.

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

• Must have good communication skills.

• Must demonstrate strong customer service skills.

• Must have excellent time management skills.

• Must be flexible and available to work weekends when required (Saturday or Sunday).

• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs.

• Must safely and accurately load delivery vans.

• Must be comfortable operating a large cargo van.

No CDL required.

No previous delivery experience required. We are willing to train qualified candidates.
