Delivery Driver / Fulfillment Associate $22$23.50/hour

Relief Factor is looking for a Delivery Driver / Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Kirkland.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy variety in your work. Your day will be approximately 60% fulfillment and 40% local driving, so you'll spend part of your day working in our Fulfillment Center and part of your day making local deliveries and pickups.

Full-time employees work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Part-time schedules are available Monday–Friday with hours scheduled between 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM.

What you'll do

You'll help keep our fulfillment operation running smoothly while also providing safe, reliable local transportation of products and equipment.

Fulfillment & Packing — approximately 60% of your day

• Receive, unpack, and put away incoming shipments
• Help organize and maintain inventory
• Complete value-added steps to prepare products for shipment
• Apply shipping labels accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and other fulfillment activities as needed

Driving — approximately 40% of your day

• Safely load and unload the company cargo van, handling products and equipment with care
• Drive a company cargo van between our Fulfillment Center, medical clinics, corporate office, and other local destinations
• Safely operate Relief Factor-owned or rented vehicles
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Represent Relief Factor professionally when interacting with our clinics, office teams, and other local partners

What we're looking for

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Washington State driver's license
• At least 1 year of driving experience with clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and others
• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload products and equipment
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday daytime schedule

A plus, but not required:

• Experience with inventory control or inventory counts
• Familiarity with FEFO (First-Expiring, First-Out) practices
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, delivery, or logistics experience

Hiring requirement

• Pre-employment drug screening is required; marijuana is not tested.
