Delivery Driver Lead / Sales Coordinator

Paradise Bottled Water is hiring!

We’re looking for a Delivery Driver Lead / Sales Coordinator to help lead our delivery team, support daily routes, and keep operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in customer service, and can step in to support drivers and sales coordination when needed.

Pay Range: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Delivery Driver Lead and Sales Coordinator

What you’ll do in this role:

• Lead, support, and train delivery drivers while ensuring safe and timely deliveries


• Learn and support all delivery routes and run routes as needed


• Coordinate sales intake, work orders, and route implementation for customer orders


• Assist with customer follow-ups, service renewals, and upselling opportunities


• Help maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards, including required testing and documentation


• Support warehouse tasks such as bottling, packaging, and preparing products for distribution


• Maintain vehicle readiness and accurate records for deliveries, inventory, and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills


• Delivery, logistics, or coordination experience preferred


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and work in a hands-on role
