$43,000 - $48,000 Annually

FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE (MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, LIFE, 401K, DISABILITY, AFLAC)

Delivery Driver Purpose: To deliver, pick up and place windows, doors, trim and stair parts on construction job sites in a safe and efficient manner while meeting internal and external customer needs.

Delivery Driver Principal Accountabilities

1. Operate box truck / pickup truck and handle material with safety as top priority
2. Deliver undamaged material to the correct jobsite while placing material at the correct location in a timely manner
3. Pick up re-sellable material and return to facility undamaged

Delivery Driver Responsibilities 

1. Follow all company rules and guidelines in regards to procedures and safety
2. Arrive to work on time
3. Ensure vehicle is in good condition and ready for use by conducting daily inspection every morning
4. Check orders for accuracy, load warehouse items and secure loads to prevent material from shifting
5. Thoroughly communicate needs and expectations with internal customers
6. Assist with loading trucks, pulling orders, etc. when not driving

Delivery Driver Knowledge & Skills 

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in fast-paced environment
• Possess strong and proven customer service skills
• Capability of working outside in hot and cold environments
• Planning and organizational skills
• Ability to move material up to 100 lbs.

Delivery Driver Experience  

• 1 year delivering material to and from job sites
• Familiarity with Middle TN area

• Flexible and adaptable with schedule
• Shares ideas and information in a respectful and tactful manner
• Possess positive attitude at all times

Delivery Driver Qualifications 

• Valid F-endorsement
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and insurability for driving 
• Must pass company required drug screens
