DELIVERY DRIVER (Seasonal)

We are currently looking to fill our seasonal crews for all open positions.  Flexible start dates available throughout April, May, & June

OVERVIEW

The MPR DELIVERY DRIVER works cohesively with other crew members to deliver, install, and strike furniture and other rental items in the field.  This position includes driving and delivering to various sites and venues across southwest Montana such as Bozeman, Big Sky, and Paradise Valley.  These team members are the face of the company during the delivery process and the final impression customers have of MPR, so it is important they are friendly, helpful, and professional.  When not actively out in the field, they will be working in our warehouse preparing for future jobs and maintaining inventory.  Working efficiently and safely, they are detail oriented and strive to offer our customers the highest quality rentals and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Take and follow directions from DEPARTMENT LEAD for deliveries and strikes

● Lead a truck crew in loading, delivering, & picking up rental items from various locations throughout southwest Montana

● Must be able to drive a box truck (no CDL required)

● Deliver, set up, and breakdown furniture and other rentals for customers during delivery and pick up process

● Interact with and assist customers at job sites/venues in a professional manner

● Check in, clean, and maintain quality control of all returned warehouse inventory

● Protect inventory through proper use of material handling and proper loading of truck

● Inspect all inventory upon pickup for stains, damage, and/or missing pieces and communicate any findings with DEPARTMENT LEAD

● Assist in maintaining a clean, quality, and accurate inventory of items

● Accurately fill out necessary records and paperwork

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and company vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES

● Flexible schedule (including weekends)

● A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (able to meet insurability qualifications)

● Must be able to drive a 26’ box truck and/or pickup truck with trailer (no CDL required)

● Ability to lift 60+ lbs.

● Work and stand for extended periods of time
