Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Delivery:
Load and unload delivery truck at retail stores or at customers locations.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Handle and deliver items safely and in good condition.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct regular checks and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
Report any vehicle issues or necessary repairs to management.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and presentable.
Documentation:
Complete all required delivery documentation accurately.
Obtain customer signatures and confirm receipt of goods.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
Address and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies promptly.
Compliance:
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
Follow company safety protocols and guidelines.
Operational Support:
Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
Help with receiving, organizing and storing inventory in the factory warehouse when required.
Route Planning:

Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.
Use GPS and other navigation tools effectively.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Valid New York State License
Clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to drive for extended periods.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
Prior delivery and warehouse experience
PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent driving skills and road safety awareness.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
