Job Title: Delivery Head - Banking and Financial Vertical

Job Description:

As a Delivery Head, you will assume a pivotal role in leading delivery operations in

digital and cloud transformation , overseeing a substantial

P&L of $50M

and a

sizable team exceeding 500 members . You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a respected IT solutions provider, delivering a comprehensive suite of

Applications , Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Infrastructure services on a global scale.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead delivery operations, managing a significant P&L of $50M and a large team exceeding 500 members, or overseeing substantial technology teams, with a demonstrated track record of cultivating and expanding accounts and teams.

- Possess prior experience collaborating with prominent entities in the

Big Tech, FinTech , and/or Big 6 consulting spheres.

- Showcase a robust technological aptitude, exemplified by proficiency in

banking platform modernisation

and delivering technology-driven initiatives leveraging Mobile, AI/ML, Java technology stack, among others.

- Demonstrate innovation and thought

leadership in steering technology initiatives .

- Illustrate a history of success in securing and navigating complex RFPs, from inception to the successful delivery of programs.

- Navigate intricate engagements through a hands-on approach, encompassing Time & Materials (T&M), Managed, and outcome-based work.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of executing large-scale

digital and cloud transformation

endeavors for clientele within the financial services sector.

- Exhibit expertise in cloud adoption strategies, methodologies, and best practices.

- Familiarity with full-scale Agile program delivery and associated toolsets as a Technical Director/Manager.

- Exhibit proficiency in crafting solution pitches, fostering consulting engagements, and spearheading significant deals.

- Possess exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite executives to deliver strategic business plans,

IT roadmaps, and transformational consulting services.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT solutions delivery, including at least 5 years in a

leadership capacity .

- Demonstrated success in managing extensive projects and teams.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
