Job Description - Delivery Helper

Southeast Texas HR is seeking motivated Delivery Helpers for an area client. These candidates must possess delivery experience, a current TWIC Card, and a strong dedication to customer service. At Southeast Texas HR, we understand that the Delivery Helper is an essential facet of our organization, and as such, we are looking for a reliable individual to fulfill this role. As a leader in recruiting and HR services, we pride ourselves on finding the highest-quality candidates for our clients. This can be a temp-to-perm position for the ideal candidates. Hours will be 4:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. May have to work some weekends. Pay will be $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Delivery Helper:

Assisting the Route Driver deliver supplies and food products to clients.

Maintaining proper paperwork and delivery signatures.

Collaborating with warehouse team to maintain timely and accurate deliveries.

Checking orders thoroughly for accuracy before delivery.

Communicating regularly with the logistics team to update on delivery status.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you MUST meet the following:

Current TWIC Card.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of delivery experience.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to read and accurately interpret delivery instructions.

Accurate record-keeping skills.

Pass all pre-employment screening including background screen and drug tests.
