Delivery Manager

Supervises the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the project team. Provides supervision to a small or moderately sized team of operational, production, service, or administrative personnel. Administers policies and guidelines that directly affect teamwork activities. Establishes project governance, including client stakeholders, for the delivery of project services. Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement Establishes deadlines for completing assignments. Supervises a team of developers, business analysts, and testers in support of maintenance, operations, and enhancements of custom Java applications. Provides feedback and opportunity for team member skill and career development. 6 or more years of state level health and human services projects experience, with at least 3 years of this experience in management 3 or more years of project management and client engagement experience 3 or more years' experience in budgeting, business financial and P&L skills PMI PMP Required Bachelor's degree
