Position description
The Department of Medicine is seeking a Professional Researcher in the Division of Experimental Medicine for the Core Immunology Lab (CIL).

The appointment will be at the Assistant, Associate, or Full rank.

Required qualifications:

* PhD, MD, MD/PhD or equivalent.

* Demonstrated leadership and administrative experience in a fee-for-service laboratory environment.

* Demonstrated potential to lead laboratory aspects of large-scale collaborations involving translational research in immunity to infectious diseases.

* Documented expertise in analytical flow cytometry and flow sorting.

* Demonstrated expertise in single cell genomics assays.

Preferred qualifications:

* Postdoctoral training in human T cell immunology.

* Experience in independently generating and validating high parameter spectral flow cytometry panels.

* Track record of independent research.

* Completion of post-doctoral fellowship.

* History of potential to develop a sustained source of research funding.
