• Demolition Tasks:
  • Safely demolish buildings and structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
  • Sort, remove, and dispose of debris and hazardous materials in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Perform tasks such as cutting, breaking, and removing components with precision and attention to surrounding structures.
• Grading Tasks:
  • Assist in the grading and leveling of land using shovels, rakes, and other hand tools.
  • Participate in grading operations such as string lining and various tasks to prepare sites for construction.
  • Clear obstacles and ensure a stable foundation for construction by clearing the site of debris.
• Safety and Maintenance:
  • Adhere to all job site safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and stored properly.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required to ensure a safe work environment.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to efficiently complete projects on schedule.
  • Communicate any issues or hazards identified on the job site promptly to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in measuring, marking, and setting up work areas as directed by supervisors.

• Experience & Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in construction, demolition, or a related field is advantageous.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of construction and demolition tools and machinery.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Certifications & Licenses:
  • OSHA safety training certification is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites are required.
