Job Description - Denham Campus Outreach, Production, and Classes Coordinator

Outreach/Service Production/Classes Coordinator - 2025

Outreach Coordinator

Coordinate and plan outreach efforts throughout the various groups and ministries of the church
Encourage the building, maintenance and leading of outreach teams
Develop and build relationships within the local community to understand how to meet their needs
Create meaningful opportunities to engage our community and strategies for sharing the Gospel through outreaches
Plan, coordinate and implement a calendar for multiple outreach opportunities and events
Coordinate with other leaders and current partnerships to provide leadership and direction to ministry volunteers

Service Production Coordinator Responsibilities:

Communication with Highland Campus on creating weekly order of service
Creating and planning order of service for all services held at the campus in partnership with Central Support team and Campus Pastor. This includes thinking through transitions, flow of service, emcee planning, announcement and offering plans, and any special elements in service.
Ensure all production needs are prepared for all services including screens, lights, audio, video, and any special elements the service requires
Maintain and troubleshoot all productions equipment in conjunction with Central Support
Build and manage volunteer team for service production
Participate in assimilation classes to help recruit volunteers
In partnership with the campus pastor, responsible for the management of the annual Production Team budget.

Classes Coordinator Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all class environments for the campus, which includes but not limited to recruiting, registration, curriculum planning, teacher coordinating, and following up with class participants
Develop discipleship and connection opportunities for class participants
Work with central support team on classes to be offered each semester, production needs, calendar, curriculum, and more.
Work to build a team of leaders to help with class environments
In partnership with the Campus Pastor, responsible for the management budgets necessary for classes

Miscellaneous Responsibilities

Participate in student ministry and services through building relationships with students and leaders, facilities setup, and communication as necessary
Help with facilities setup for including but not limited to campus events and completing assigned campus cleaning responsibilities.
