Denim Designer

DENIM DESIGNER

· 7+ years of denim apparel experience

· Responsible for generating new product, design ideas

· Shop domestic markets to bring in new ideas through competitive shopping

· Keeping up with current denim trends, researching in development of seasonal trends.

. Strong ability to multi task and meet deadlines

· Working knowledge of denim, product construction

. Must be able to know how to select fabrics, colors, and style for each garment

· Detail/Goal-oriented, prioritized, and organized individual

· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

· Able to travel occasionally for buyer meetings and tradeshows

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Garment construction: 7 years (Preferred)


• Fashion design: 7 years (Preferred)


• Adobe Illustrator: 7 years (Preferred)
